Netflix’s latest animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters is once again making K-Culture shine on the global stage. Mixing thrilling fantasy action with the dynamic energy of K-pop, it has captured the attention of audiences worldwide.

 

The story follows HUNTRIX, a superstar girl group who double as fierce demon hunters, and their rivals Saja Boys, a demonic boy group disguised as idols. Their clash is not only about stealing fans’ hearts but also protecting their souls.

At the center is Lumi, the leader and main vocalist of Huntrix. Despite her strength, she struggles with her powers as the daughter of a demon father and a hunter-idol mother. Her worldview—“all demons must be destroyed without mercy”—begins to waver when she grows closer to Jin-woo of Saja Boys, who carries a tragic past.
